Please read these terms carefully before using the 49bdt platform. These terms form a binding agreement between you and us.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 49bdt platform and all its services ("Services"). When you register on 49bdt, create an account, or use the platform in any way, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the 49bdt platform. By using this service, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and have the full legal capacity to understand and comply with these Terms.
General Terms
49bdt is an online betting and casino platform that provides cricket betting, sports betting, slot games, live casino, and other gaming services to users in Bangladesh. By using this service, you agree to the following general terms:
- You are at least 21 years old and are eligible to participate in online gaming under the laws of your place of permanent residence.
- You will use your 49bdt account solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.

Account Registration
Registration Requirements
Each user may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in account closure. The following information is required at the time of registration:

Identity Verification (KYC)
Every user registered on 49bdt may be required to complete an identity verification process, especially before submitting a withdrawal request. Verification may require:
- A copy of a national ID card or passport
- Proof of current address
- Proof of ownership of the payment method
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. Sharing your password with anyone else is strictly prohibited.

Bonuses and Promotions
A welcome bonus is offered to new users on 49bdt: a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A 10x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.
4.1 Welcome Bonus Terms
- This bonus applies only once per new user.
- The first deposit must be at least ৳200 to activate the bonus.
- Before withdrawing bonus funds, betting equal to (bonus + deposit amount) × 10 must be completed.
- A time limit may apply for fulfilling the wagering requirement.
- Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering — specific terms apply.
4.2 VIP Program Terms
The 49bdt VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.5% cashback per week
- Silver: up to 1.0% cashback per week
- Gold: up to 1.5% cashback per week
Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your activity and gaming history on the platform. Wagering requirements may also apply to VIP cashback.
4.3 General Bonus Rules
- A new bonus cannot be claimed while another bonus is active (unless stated otherwise).
- Misuse of bonuses, such as placing opposing bets to guarantee a reward, will result in bonus cancellation.
- 49bdt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus promotion.
Betting and Gaming Rules
Cricket betting, football betting, kabaddi and various other sports betting, slot games, and live casino games are available on 49bdt. The following rules apply to all gaming activities:
5.1 Sports Betting Rules
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
- Odds offered during a match (live betting) may change at any time.
- 49bdt reserves the right to cancel bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
- Betting is available on all international cricket events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments.
5.2 Casino and Slot Game Rules
- All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fairness.
- If your internet connection is lost during a game, the game state is saved and can be resumed after reconnecting.
- Winnings obtained by exploiting any bug or technical error in the game software will not be considered valid.
- The rules of game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming) also apply.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 49bdt platform. Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances:
Identity Fraud
- Opening an account with a false identity or fake information
- One person operating multiple accounts
- Using another person's identity
- Opening an account as a minor by concealing age
Financial Misconduct
- Money laundering or use of illegal funds
- Deposits or withdrawals using a third-party account
- Chargebacks or payment fraud
- Bonus abuse or system exploitation
Technical Abuse
- Use of bots or automated software
- Accessing from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy
- Hacking or manipulating the platform's software
- Illegally exploiting technical errors in games
Match Fixing
- Illegally influencing the outcome of sporting events
- Betting using inside information
- Coordinated betting or collusion
- Creating suspicious betting patterns
Account Suspension and Closure
49bdt reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms.
- Failure or refusal to complete identity verification.
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
- As required for compliance with anti-money laundering laws.
- Extended period of inactivity.
- At the user's own request.
Before an account is closed, if no violation has occurred, the user will be given the opportunity to withdraw their balance. However, in cases of fraud or breach of terms, the entire balance may be forfeited.

Limitation of Liability
49bdt is not liable for:
- Financial losses arising from a user's gaming activities — gaming is a form of entertainment that carries risk.
- Losses in a game or bet due to the user's internet connection issues.
- Delays or errors by third-party payment providers.
- Unexpected technical issues, server downtime, or cyberattacks.
- Damage or fraud caused by other users.
Our total liability shall in no circumstances exceed the balance in your account at the time of the incident. 49bdt services are provided on an "as is" basis and no legal liability is accepted for any type of loss.
